Secure Bolted Connections

Is it not amazing that we can put people into space, but securing a bolted connection from becoming lose is as difficult as finding an honest polititian?

We have three product ranges that focus on securing both static & dynamic bolted connections:

Then we have two products/solutions that help retain preload on a static bolted connection:

Secondly, DIN6796 Belleville Washers.

The DIN6796 Belleville Washer Range catering up to M125, are machined from SAE6150 or SAE5160 Spring Steel. They are used to secure bolted connections with high load demands.

Lastly, Conical Wedge Lock Washers

Our own patented Conical Wedge Lock Washer Pairs combine the geometry of the Nordlock Safety Washer with Conical Disc Springs. When slackening occurs for any reason, the typical wedge geometry will not maintain preload and keep the connection secure. This is why we have taken our years of experience in Conical Disc Spring design and manufacture and applied these insights to the issue of slackening as a cause of preload loss.
